Maureena Bivins, PhD, DOM has provided holistic primary healthcare to many families and individuals over the past 22 years.  Now, as an online health and wellbeing coach, she brings her expertise to the virtual space. 

Dr. Bivins’ studies in Eastern and Western medical models have contributed to her synergistic perspective on what constitutes health and wellbeing.  Her keen interest in childhood development, the lasting effects of early exposure to toxic stress, and the science of resilience have led her to synthesize simple, effective strategies that will help you change how you relate to stress.
